ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Both our years of experience and our customers’ testimonies converge to the same conclusion. If you choose to buy foreign currency at the destination country, this will result in paying more compared to buying it in our country before traveling. There are many reasons, which are summarized to the following points:

  • We have been informed by many of our customers that currency exchange transactions, they have carried out in foreign countries, have been charged with a large amount of commission, which, in some cases, has exceeded the amount 10 euros per transaction. Those who have chosen to buy foreign currency at the airport of their destination country, in addition to the high commission, have lost even more money because of the worse exchange rate they have been given. We reiterate that your orders through our website are charged with 0% commission fee at the most competitive market rates.

  • If you choose to use your debit/credit card abroad, you should know that there is an extra charge depending on your card. This charge is not broken down into the transaction receipt but is included in the due balance you will be required to pay. In addition, you lose money from the exchange rate on the basis of which your purchase amount will convert into euro. For more information, please contact your card issuer.

  • In case you want to withdraw cash from ATMs abroad, in addition to the aforementioned charge, there is an additional fee that you will be charged, based on the amount of cash you will withdraw. For more information, please contact your card issuer.
